We want you to love your new home, so each project we undertake is individually designed, focussing on every detail of visual appeal, functionality, practicality, and economics for your future living. Construction is supervised by the management team of Matt and Justin, who use a skilled and dedicated, locally employed team to carry out the work.

Matt Jenkins

Managing Director

Matt has 25 years’ experience in construction, initially earning his stripes on large commercial projects and latterly in residential building with the family business. Since being appointed as MD, Matt’s passion for innovation and sustainability has driven the direction of the business towards creating bespoke, premium quality homes for our clients.

Sarah Crone

Finance and Operations Director

Sarah spent 12 years working in Sports Marketing, charged with the account direction and client servicing for major global brands and international events. She has joined the family firm with a fresh approach to business operations and brings a wealth of communications and marketing experience into the fold.

Phil Jenkins

Founding Director

Phil founded Jenkins Developments Ltd with his wife Jude in 1984 and he continues to enjoy involvement as a consultant. He is on hand to share his extensive knowledge of engineering and construction throughout the design and build of developments.

We are a top-rated, fully insured NHBC registered builder, providing a 10-year Buildmark warranty. Jenkins Developments Limited is subject to the Consumer Code for Home Builders under the terms of our NHBC membership.
