We feel very privileged to have worked with such a fantastic team with Jenkins Development for our new house build. From the initial scoping meeting, through costings and contract negotiation and then build, Matt and Sarah and their team have maintained professionalism throughout while still being a human voice at the end of the phone line. Both employed and sub-contracted trades were of really high standard and totally reliable and trustworthy. They kept us up to date with progress and talked through any deviations from initial scope coming up with pragmatic solutions in partnership with us. Site meetings were always pleasure and conducted as scheduled without fail. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jenkins Developments Ltd. They have given us our dream house and we thank them for this.

All the employed and sub-contracted trades were of an excellent standard and reliable. They were well prepared and clearly had a trusted relationship with Matt and Phil who had everything available to support them with materials and advice where needed.
